| Auto archive | The ability organisation wide to set archive rules for equipment that hasn't been inspected in a certain amount of time or has failed over a certain amount of time ago. There will also be the ability to overwrite this at a client site level. |

| Customer inspections on app | The ability to set permission for certain customers to perform inspections on their equipment. The types of inspections they are allowed to complete is controlled by the competencies functionality. |

| Alert's for outstanding jobs. | Notifies when jobs are scheduled but not completed, for example 1 week after they should have been completed. Area for technician to enter a reason eg "Repairs required" |
