The Job Register
The Job Register is a table of all inspection jobs performed for your organisation. From here you can search and filter jobs, view detailed inspection results, download summary reports and certificates, and export the register to Excel.

Understanding the Job Register
Each row in the register represents a single inspection job. The following columns are displayed:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Job Number | The unique identifier for the job. Your provider may use a custom label for this column (e.g. "Work Order Number"). |
| Date | The date the job was performed. |
| Client Site | The location where the inspection was carried out. |
| Customer Reference | Your organisation's reference number for the job (e.g. a purchase order number). |
| Subject | A description or title for the job. |
| Workers | The name(s) of the technician(s) who performed the inspection. |
| Comments | Additional notes about the job (this column may not be visible depending on your provider's settings). |
| Status | The current status of the job (e.g. Active, Pending, Complete). |
Note: Your provider may have configured additional custom columns specific to your organisation.
Searching and Filtering
Use the search box at the top of the register to quickly find jobs. The search works across all visible columns — you can search by job number, location, customer reference, worker name, subject, status, or comments.
- Type your search term into the search box. Click "Search".
- The register will filter to show matching results.

You can also sort the register by clicking any column header. Click once for ascending order, click again for descending order.
Opening a Job — The Job Summary

The Job Summary shows:
- Job information — job number, date, customer reference, subject, workers, and status
- Inspections table— a list of every inspection performed during the job, including:
- Equipment inspected
- Inspection type
- Result (Pass/Fail, or a status value depending on your provider's configuration)
- Date performed
- Authorising technician
- Summary totals — for example: "Total of 24 items were inspected. 22 items passed, 2 items failed."
Downloading the Summary Report
If the job has been approved by your provider, you will see an Open Summary Report button. Click it to download or view a PDF summary of the entire job.

Note: If you don't see the Summary Report button, the job may not have been approved yet. Contact your provider for more information.
Viewing and Downloading Certificates
From the Job Summary, you can access inspection certificates in two ways:
- Open all certificates: Click the Open All button to download certificates for every inspection in the job at once.
- Open individual certificates: Select a specfici inspection rows and click Open to download certificates for just that item.

Note: Certificate buttons only appear for jobs that have been approved by your provider.
Viewing Attachments
If attachments (documents, photos, or files) have been added to inspections, you can view and download them directly from the Job Summary page by clicking the attachment icon or link on the relevant inspection row.
Exporting to Excel
If your provider has enabled Excel export for your account, you can download the Job Register as a spreadsheet:
- Apply any search or filters you want (the export will include only the filtered results).
- Click the Excel button.
- The file will download as a CSV that can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.

Note: If you don't see the Excel button, this feature has not been enabled for your account. Contact your provider if you need export access.
