Resetting Passwords

To reset a password please follow the link on the login page that says forgotten your password.

Alternatively, Administrative users can reset passwords by performing the following steps.

1. Log in to https://yourcompanyname.coreinspection.com
2. Go to “Configuration -> Users” in the Menu. 
3. Search for the user you want to reset the password for.
4. Click “Open”
5. Click “reset password”
6. Enter their password and press “Reset”
