The Equipment Register shows all the equipment in a client’s register.
To search for a piece of equipment across all registers please do the following.
- Click on “Equipment” in the menu
- Ensure no client is selected
- Ensure no client site is selected
- Type the Tag ID or serial number of the equipment in the search box and press “Search”.
To search for a piece of equipment within a client please do the following.
- Click on “Equipment” in the menu.
- Where it says “Client” start typing the clients name and select the client when it appears.
- If required select a client site
- Type the Tag ID or serial number of the equipment in the search box and press “Search”.
To produce a register report of equipment please do the following
- Click on “Equipment” in the menu.
- Where it says “Client” start typing the clients name and select the client when it appears.
- If required select a client site
- If required type any search criteria in the search box and press search.
- Click “Select all pages” or manually select equipment holding down the ctrl button to select items one by one or the shift button to select a range of items.
- Click “Reports” - > “Register Report”
To produce certificates please repeat steps above and click “Reports” - > “Open Certificates”
To produce a register of overdue equipment please take the following steps
- Click on “Equipment” in the menu.
- Where it says “Client” start typing the clients name and select the client when it appears.
- If required select a client site
- Press the “More Options” link
- In the “Due” dropdown box, select the month you wish to view overdue equipment for.
- In the dropdown box with the options “Include Previous Months” and “Selected Month Only” select “Include Previous Months” to show all equipment due and overdue in the selected month. Select “Current Month Only” to only show equipment due in the selected month.
To move equipment between sites please do the following steps.
- Click on “Equipment” in the menu.
- Where it says “Client” start typing the clients name and select the client when it appears.
- If required select a client site
- Where required enter any search criteria and press “search”
- Click “Select All Pages” to select all the items or select items individually by clicking on them and holding down ctrl (to select one item at a time) or shift (to select a range of items)
- Click “Change Client Site”
- Select the “Destination Client” and the “Destination Client Site” and press OK.
To archive equipment please take the following steps.
- Click on “Equipment” in the menu.
- Where it says “Client” start typing the clients name and select the client when it appears.
- If required select a client site
- Where required enter any search criteria and press “search”
- Click “Select All Pages” to select all the items or select items individually by clicking on them and holding down ctrl (to select one item at a time) or shift (to select a range of items)
- Click the “Archive Selected Equipment” button.
