Repeating Jobs are a way of scheduling Jobs that occur at set intervals, for example every 3 months.

A repeating job template will create a pending job for each time that job should occur.  For example a 3 month repeating Job template starting in January would have pending jobs for January, April, July and October.

The system can then send out an email 3 weeks before the start of each pending job.  When the job is confirmed it is set to active.

To set up a repeating job template please take the following steps.

1. Log into yourcompanyname.coreinspection.com

2. Go to "Jobs" in the menu.

3. Click "Repeating Job Templates".  (Please note, some customers have this functionality turned off.  To turn it on please contact support@coreinspection.com)

4. Click "Add New".

5.  Fill out the relevant details and press save.  Take note of the start date and the recurring interval.

6.  In the example showing in the image above, there will now be a pending job every 3 months.

The pending jobs can be found in the following places in Core.

1.  "Jobs" in the menu item on the "Pending Tab"

2.  By going to "Reports -> Job Forecast".  This shows all jobs and their status for a given month.

3.  By going to "Scheduler" in the menu.  The scheduler will show jobs when they are in the seleted time frame.

If the repeating job template is deleted then this will remove all pending jobs that belong to this template.  Active, complete and approved jobs will remain as they are.
